Help me make a difference by giving back
This July, I’m taking part in the Become Games 2026 and committing to 50 hours of movement to raise money for Become, a charity supporting children in care and young care leavers.
As a mum of three young children, aged 4, 3 and 1, movement is already part of our everyday life. Some days that might be a bike ride or a 5K run, and other days it might be nursery and school runs, chasing little feet, or fitting in small active moments around family life and work.
As Regional Chair for Parents at Mace, I care deeply about support, encouragement and community. This challenge feels meaningful because every child and young person deserves to feel safe, supported and believed in, especially when life has not always given them the stability they deserve.
My goal is to complete 50 hours of movement throughout July, one walk, run, ride and family adventure at a time.
